Military censorship of the mails was still the rule in Spain for some years after the end of the Civil War. Correctly rated for carriage by LATI from Spain to South America. Carried by LATI all the way from Rome to Buenos Aires thus avoiding British censorship on the Pan Am North Atlantic service (the LATI service was extended from Rio de Janero to BA in July 1941), and by Condor or Panagra to Montevideo.
