Description: The Visit of HRH Prince George to Southern Africa, first acceptance of mail from South Africa via the Royal Train for the RANA F/F from Southern Rhodesia to Nyasaland, bs Limbe 9/3, via Blantyre 9/3 registered (hs) cover franked 9d South Africa stamps, canc fine strikes black oval crown over bilingual 'Royal Tour HRH Prince George/6-II 34/South Africa" postmarks, blue/black airmail etiquette, and violet two line "First Air Mail" and black two line "S.Rhodesia/Nyasaland" cachets. The flight was not announced outside Nyasaland and S. Rhodesia and even then only seven days notice was given.
