Description: Lahore to Karachi, bs 5/12, leg of Indian National Airways F/F new weekly service between Lahore and Karachi where it connected with the Imperial Airways flight to and from London (IW.296 and IE.297), franked 2a, canc boxed 'Lahore-Karachi'/First Airmail' cachet. Intermediate halts were at Multan and Sukkur, the latter to connect with the mail train from Quetta (ref Brown J, Indian Air Mails, 1995, and Wingent P, 1999).
