This flight was scheduled for 2nd June, but was delayed until 4th June when but a small portion of the eastern mails was taken by a small plane to Kalgoorie. The bulk of the intended eastern F/F mail was flown to Adelaide on June 5th. This particular cover is one of the few carried on June 4th.

"F/F mail from countries other than S. Rhodesia and the Union was very small because the flight was not announced outside Nyasaland and S.
