Condition:
Unless otherwise stated all covers are in good condition for the period of
usage; all collector made covers, eg first flight, and all items of literature
are in F-VF condition
Guarantee:
All lots are guaranteed as described. Should any be incorrectly described, a
full refund will always be given. Such lots should be returned within five days
of receipt.
Estimates:
are prices we expect the lots to realise. All items are reserved from 75% to
net of estimate. Some sell above and others below; some fetch up to several
times estimate. Currently the average realization is c115% estimate. Sometimes
it may be possible to sell below reserve but bids below 50% estimate will be
declined.
Bidding steps:
£1 up to £20, £2 from £20-£50, £5 from £50-£100, £10 from £100-£250, £25 from
£250-£500, and £50 from £500 upwards. The highest bidder for each lot shall be
the purchaser and he/she will obtain the lot at one bid above the second
highest bid. Should two or more bids be identical, the first received will be
successful. "No limit" bids will not be accepted as this operation becomes
impossible where two bidders decide to employ this method on the same
lot
Methods of payment:
Payment by credit card is preferred, particularly for overseas buyers, as it
minimises processing costs and speeds up transactions. In the interests of
security we prefer not to hold card details on file. Purchases can be charged
to MasterCard, Visa, or Visa Delta. When charging to these cards please include
the name exactly as it appears on the charge card and always include the date
of expiration. This information should be sent by fax or mail, or given to us
over the telephone. Lots paid for in this way are shipped at once, subject to
credit verification
For those who wish to pay by sterling banker's draft drawn on a bank within the
UK please note that our NEW COMPANY ACCOUNT NUMBER is 29015847, National
Westminster Bank, Llanishen, Cardiff, sort code 52-21-63. To expedite receipt
of lots, clients may send blank cheques with their bidding form. Payment can
also be made by PAYPAL.

Viewing:
Colour copies can be supplied at £1.50 and black and white at £0.50p each.
Please send stamped addressed reply envelope when ordering. We regret that this
service has to be limited to lots of estimated value greater than £25 for
colour and £10 for B&W. For lower value lots see our guarantee above.
Postage, packing and insurance:
Unless a buyer has specifically requested insured postage, loss of goods in
transit will be at the buyer's risk from the time we deposit them at the post
office, where a proof of postage certificate is obtained. Typical UNINSURED
postage and packing costs are UK £0.80, Europe £1.00, Rest of World £2.00.
The ADDITIONAL COST OF INSURANCE is £3.00 within the UK and £5.00 for the rest
of the world. Please indicate any specific insurance requests at the time of
bidding.
