Plane crashed at Koepang, and mail retrieved by Kingsford Smith in 'Southern Cross. Partial strikes of the slogan postmark verso are the norm because, according to Walker (pp 59-61),  "the pressure adjustment on the (electrical slogan canceller) machine was faulty at the time the mail was processed, it is almost impossible to find perfect specimen of this special postmark, either on the front or the back of a cover".
